We are SO glad you stopped by! Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, production times are longer than expected and USPS is taking much longer to ship packages. If your item hasn't arrived yet, keep checking using the tracking ID provided! Everyone is stuck at home shopping online, so shipping times are a little wonkier than normal.

Frequently asked questions
What if I order the incorrect size?
Please refer to my size chart and if you're still unsure, contact me with questions. I am happy to help. If unsure, order a size up! Exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Returns are generally not accepted due to custom nature of our items.
Tell me about your mugs.
Mugs are processed and delivered separately from garments. If you order multiple items, including mugs, your orders may ship separately. Our mugs and they are top-rack dishwasher safe.
Custom and personalized orders
Happy to work on customized orders-- these do require up to a 2 week processing time but could possibly be done sooner. Send me your requests and I'd love to help!
What happens if USPS delays my item?
J+M requires 5-7 business days (M-F) to create your special item and then it ships via USPS mail. This is another 3-5 biz days.
Note that we are not responsible for delays that occur during shipping. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for delayed shipping once the item ships from us. The buyer will be responsible for double-checking their address as I will not pay for shipping an item back to you if it is returned to me for insufficient address; buyer will be charged shipping plus a small convenience fee if an item is returned to me due to insufficient address. If an item appears to be delayed by USPS, the buyer is responsible for contacting USPS. Int'l buyers are responsible for customs fees.
How does your sizing run? How do I pick the best bodysuit size?
Generally speaking, the brand I use runs as follows:
NB - fits 0-3M
6M - fits 3-6M
12M - fits 6-12M
18M - first 12-18M
Note that babies vary from size to size, so order up if you're unsure!

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/FAULTY?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your item, NO EXCEPTIONS. If your item is faulty upon receipt, contact us for a full refund or exchange.
